Sonya Welch-Moring

For over a decade I have been writing about and developing Ancestral Constellations as a Diaspora transgenerational practice. My writing centres an ancestral and indigenous approach to mental and emotional healing, for families and communities of colour.

My therapeutic model has been published in two books; Therapy in Colour (Jessica Kingsley 2023) and Black Women Trauma and Therapy (PCCS Books 2025). I have also contributed articles to several other professional journals.
