    Wake-up and Remember the Ancestors!

    Roots Research

Welcome, I'm Sonya Welch-Moring and I have found that the roots of a tree are deep and entangled, much like a family history. I started this blog to remember more about my ancestral heritage, to reclaim my lost spiritual wisdom and to reconnect to my cultural heritage. In the process I began to heal my personal family dynamics and develop a Systemic Constellations professional practice based on Indigenous wisdom. Here are stories from my journey, I hope that you find them useful. Ashe!
