Online constellation sessions xplore your transgenerational family. The focus of the sessions are on Diaspora communities of colour and are holistic in nature, looking at mind, body and spirit. You can book a 1-1 or small family group constellation. Each session lasts for 90 minutes and you will receive 4 photos of your constellation to help you integrate the work.

Come for an online constellation to learn more about your ancestral line. Constellations are a therapeutic process that look at transgenerational patterns. This ‘healing ritual’ can reveal where there have been difficult or unresolved issues in former generations. They reveal what steps can be taken to resolve family dynamics for current and future generations.
A consultation explores the underlying issues and family patterns that are often unspoken. Some people are drawn by the inclusion of the ‘ancestral’, they feel a deep resonance in their bones and they want to find out more.Others already searching within their family line want to reclaim cultural or ancestral traditions that have been lost or forgotten.
Many people want to find a resolution to a specific situation or to resolve a family conflict. Often people just want to know why the same family pattern is repeating over generations and want to make a lasting change. Constellations are 1-to-1 or with a small family group of 3-4 people.
