“My Path to Ancestral Constellations”

I am Sonya Welch-Moring, a Black British family constellations facilitator and systemic coach. I am the founder of Ancestral Constellations, a centre for Diaspora Transgenerational practice that integrates Western systemic thinking with indigenous healing practices.

After five years of family constellations training, I saw that there was a gap in therapeutic learning for Communities of Colour. In response, I created a Modular Training Course that explores generational and ancestral healing rooted in ancestral traditions.

Now in its third year, the Ancestral Constellations Modular Training is the leading programme for coaches, counsellors and other therapists and practitioners of colour. It is not just a place of learning — it is also a space and community to explore ‘transgenerational lives of colour.’
