In Diaspora and immigrant families, survival often required a silent trade-off. Our parents and grandparents sacrificed so we could have a future, but the unspoken grief of displacement and pressure to succeed can lead to ancestral trauma and become a heavy, inherited burden/
You might find yourself living out a story that doesn’t feel entirely yours, torn between cultural loyalty and your own personal freedom. My work as a systemic practice coach and family constellations facilitator is born from a passion to help you untangle these hidden threads.
I look through the lens of your whole system. Together, we look back with reverence at the past, map out where the flow of energy in the ancestral line became blocked, and gently restore order.

Angelia Ibbara
Community Co-ordinator
I’m an anthropologist and community builder from the Caribbean (Venezuela), and I look after the day to day of Ancestral Constellations. Operations, communications, events, and the digital marketing that keeps this practice connected to the people it serves.
My academic background is in anthropology, with a focus on de-coloniality, gender and sexuality. That is exactly why this work feels close to home, as a practice built around ancestral healing and Diaspora families. I bring the same care to my work building community online.
Alongside my work with Sonya, I partner with practitioners and organisations to build and grow their own communities, blending digital marketing, strategy and a genuine care for the people they serve.
